Before we even agree to show your home, we pre-screen and qualify prospective tenants to make sure the property is the best fit for them. We want to know they can afford it, and that they’ll be ready to move in once the property is available. 

When a tenant is interested in applying for your property, we provide a list of our qualifying criteria so they’ll know what we’re looking for. Once they apply, we screen by looking at credit, verifying rental references, and qualifying their income.
