Walters Home Management has been managing our unit since 2008 and they have done an exemplary job. They have kept it rented the entire time to high quality tenants with no excessive wear or tear. They screen their applicants very well so as to not have collection problems or walk -outs. They keep us informed about any up-coming repairs that may need to be done and include estimates before doing any work. They are excellent people to do business with.

They have been very responsive and took action immediately to fix things we noticed during our move in/new tenancy condition report. WHM was very quick to review our application and communicated with us every step of the way. Beth has been amazing to work with and helped answer our questions. The maintenance request portal is great and when we had an issue with our garage door it was addressed immediately and fixed before the end of the same day. WHM uses a chat feature to get a hold of their staff when you have questions or issues which has made it incredibly convenient to communicate with them. We have had a great experience working with WHM!

Great move in experience and super friendly staff! I had requested the carpets to be cleaned before the move in date. When I arrived to move-in I noticed the carpet stains had not been removed. The WHM team immediately worked with me to address the issue. They got my request in and a cleaning was scheduled for the following week. Upon completing the move-in inspection I flagged some concerns. Within hours I had a call and the issues were not only acknowledged but there was a plan put in motion to get the issues resolved. It’s so wonderful to work with a team of professionals who are responsive and ready to assist!
