Another great experience! My husband and I have been tenants with Walters for the past several years. Our lease was ending, so we needed to find another place to call home with the hope of remaining a client of Walters Home Management as they are the absolute best when it comes to professional property management. We've had nothing but great experiences with this team over the years. We are happy to say that Jennifer and Mike were able to show us a property that became the perfect new home for us in a neighborhood we love! Once approved, they helped us navigate all of the necessary processes of closing out the previous property, while also ensuring that we had everything we needed to properly and efficiently transition into the new property. As we all know, moving can be a stressful experience no matter how much you plan, or think you are organized and prepared to do so. We can honestly say that the Walters team made it so much easier to get through the process, keeping open lines of communication and being there to ensure we were set up for success along the way. Their attention to detail and timely communication took away so much of the unnecessary burden for my husband and I, so we could focus on all of our personal details related to the move. On the day we met at the office to pick up the keys to our new home, Staci met us with a warm smile and friendly greeting which was a great start to the visit, and then Beth came to the front. Beth met us with such warmth and enthusiasm, so much so that I could still see her SMILE under her facemask. Love that! All of the proper Covid-19 protocols were followed during our visit, but these processes didn't impede or negatively impact our visit. We still felt incredibly safe, welcomed, and valued. Beth made sure that we had all of the necessary information related to our new home, politely and graciously answered all of our questions, and has been so awesome to work with throughout the process. You can tell that she genuinely loves what she does as she exudes a true passion of helping others and ensuring a positive interaction each and every time. My husband and I left the office that day feeling appreciated and excited to embark on the new chapter in our life. We later met Marlene, who was also very friendly and professional which confirmed our perspective that the Walters team as a whole, provides Best in Class service. They are committed to their clients (both the tenants and the property owners), and they are committed to each other ensuring that they ALL represent the Walters brand in a positive light.
