When they’re ready to apply for the home, we do a thorough screening where we analyze credit and debt, talk to former landlords, and verify their income. You’ll be pleased with the tenants we place because they pay rent on time, take care of your home, and follow the terms of the lease agreement.

After approving a tenant who is a good fit for your property, we collect a deposit and get the lease signed. Our tenant relationships begin on solid footing and open communication.

We have a fair and consistent rent collection policy, and it’s communicated to tenants before they even move into your property. They know we expect the rent to be paid on the first of every month. If it’s not paid by the third of the month, we consider it late and fees will apply. Our tenants are pretty reliable when it comes to paying rent on time, and we believe it’s due to our online payment system which is secure and efficient.

In the rare situations where rent still isn’t paid by the fifth, we distribute late notices and begin eviction proceedings. That usually motivates the tenant to contact us and ask for a payment arrangement.
